Nope. There is not slackest vocation. Depends on where you are posted to. You may be a clerk, but if unit sibei garang, your life wont be slack.
The Mindef and CMPB Clerks are super slack from what I see. -

I think the slackest vocation must be the mess-boy duty. I got a friend who is a mess-boy and according to him, he only works on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
