Why NO disruption for NON-"A level/Dip" holders??

Do anyone realize disruption for furthur studies in not allowed to O levels, N level or ITE grads even if they have been accepted into the higher courses?
Why is this huh? The govt say must promote lifelong learning and skills upgrade but this policy speak otherwise. -
cos lifelong learning only begins after u complete NS.

Why am an 'O' level holder and 'chopped' a poly course already. The course will begin next year, two months before I ORD. But the poly side say they will terminate my so-called reserved vacancy unless SAF can release me before the course commence. I asked to poly office to put my case on hold first as I try to find means to disrupt.
I have called CPC and the people (very rude) there say eligiblity to disrupt is dependent on ONLY three factors:
1) You MUST be 'A' level or 'Dip' .
2) You must have good conduct (must not be sent to DB before).
3) You must serve at least 22 months before disrupt.
Well, the 2nd and 3rd is understandably reasonable, but I find the first criterion unfair.
Why 'O', 'N', ITE means they cannot further their study issit? Summore everyone now serve only 24 months, including officers and specs. -
Since u have gone through CPC, try writing a letter to your MP?

aiyoh, i will get blacklisted if i do that! SAF wun give me have an easy life if i find MP for this reason. I guess i will find MP only as a last resort and only a few months before ORD.
and i heard a rumor that SAF is going to make it MORE DIFFICULT for people to disrupt, even for A/Dip holders!!! If that is true, i wll have no hope!!

Unless your MP in charge happens to be serving as a SAF high-ranker...
