What does vocation grade 25 mean? And whats with the grade thing? Don't really understand...

Grade numbering probably just refers to the different ;level of specialisation or skill required in this vocation.Usually sequestered by educatonal level.And nope, I ain't CPC.Just sort of figured that out by myself.
