Is 21 DISCOM housed in the cluster of colonial buildings? Branching off from Transit Rd, there is a side lane pointing you in the direction of the MT Line. It actually leads to this cluster of old buildings. I got lost there once. When I asked one of the guys if this was the 6 DIV MT Line, he replied that he was from HQ Guards (which AFAIK, is further down the same stretch of road).
Don't forget there is also a shooting range in the complex. It is quite near the expressway. -
