NS Enlistment Letter: When Come? 2 Months B4 Enlistment Day?

  I'm a final yr poly student. Almost all my classmates haf received their enlistment letter. Only i and another peer of mine haben get. Quite late liao....wad does this mean? I heard those get letter late wan will most likely (i would like to emphasize its likely onli) be SCDF and Police....how true is tt? I'm PES A btw
