I guess an appeal could be made through the MPs. But this is on a case-by-case basis... anyway, all vocations have risks... if it's your time to go.... too bad... better have adequate insurance.... -

Only son... only child here.
I was posted to a BMT school as an instructor and then to an air force unit for reservist. I suppose quite "senang" in this respect. -

not sure if u all heard abt it..
in RSAF we have two pilots who r twins..one of them fighterpilot..they other one was a transport or chopper pilot..i 4got
so i think brothers not being able to serve in the same service might not be applicable..
but one fren told me if u are the only son in the family n ur family not so well off...u can request to be not enlisted..but i dunno how true,coz my fren not NSman..nor m i..
