agree, yes they DESERVE it. so many years in the army, yet they just get an obligatory "sir". I'm sure some of us here rather salute WOs over some officers?

I don't want to salute some officers with severe attitude problems, but no choice, I don't want to get into trouble.
I really respect some WOs until I want to salute them but no choice, I also don't want to get into trouble.
What to do? SAF regulations liao......

Some warrant officiers deserves us to salute them while some are not

actually there are many other ways to show your respect other than saluting. a simple "Thank you Sir, i appreciated it" might be just all you need.

And that's the reason why I would make a bad stereotypical SAF regular. -
Frankly i believe WOs are actually glad that they're absolved from the bother of having to return salutes everywhere they go.

It was also where some cadets get their first salute... One of my wingmates was saluted by a bunch of recruits while at the Tekong Medical Centre, wearing his yellow outfield CWSM rank...

i nv salute a single officer after i get out of bmt. Not even a 3 crab juz address them sir can already. What for salute to them, we r all human... What for salute to those regular officers, without our contribution to the tax money, they can't get a job in SAF, some more its the men n nsf tat keep the organisation running, wat for salute them, they should salute us instead.
