Should Warrant Officers be saluted?

in tekong, we salute every officiers even 2LT n greet every sergeants n warrants.
in mainland camps, sometimes we don't even salute and greet a LTC let along MAJ, CPT, LTA, 2LT
as for sergeants, no one cares to greet them -

since we are on the topic of saluting, the only person i see CDF salute to is the president.

Anyway, officers and wo/spec all have their own role to play. one commands and manages, the other advises the manager and interface between the management and the workers. -

anyway, ministers should be higher in commander than any chiefs in SAF. so i think it's ok. but not all the ministers lah. maybe PM, SM, MM, minister of Defence, out of respect.
