  not enuff lah produce one lacus clyne per soldier. Better still for elite soldiers, buy one get one free with 5 year warrenty. For war veterans, buy 1 get 2 free with 15 year warrenty.

  I had this Qn in mind whenever driving pass the place. Actually come to think of it, the water tank is strategically located. Overlooking the BKE and Woodlands rd junction and the junction leading to Northern unfriendly neighbour . Will not be surprise if in times of war, personnel with anti tank weapons and snipers are deployed there.. oops.. hope not compromising anything here... just MHO...
