what can you do? -

if they do, they have to get the approval of the Medical Board -

but as an NSF, they can't do anything...
one of my friends fell off the chin-up bar and it fell on his face.. he was on medical leave for months..

2 guys in my platoon have had their leave deducted for being on long term MC. 10 days urgent leave each if i remember right. i'm not sure whether or not the s4 approved it, i only know the WO got our admin to apply it for them, as well as write it down in the leave book.

btw 10 days MC where got long......extraction of wisdom tooth will give you 7 days MC liao

think it depends on where & how they got their MCs. e.g. some OCs dislike their men getting MCs for dental visits unless required by the MO.

mm, actually all they have to do is tell your MO not to approve your MC. By right the MO should still put the case up to the medical board....... but in my case the MO didn't do that.Originally posted by the Bear:they can't cancel MCs...

Well, i guess the only thing to do is to complain to the higher ups.....
Of course they aren't supposed to cancel leave UNLESS the Medical Board doesn't approve the MC. -

those 2 guys have not been around since the start of the year. he only deducted their leave when they renewed their mc sometime last month. their mcs are approved, but yet their leave was still deducted.
we don't really care about those 2 since they've never done any work since day 1. but a few more people are going for their operations for legit reasons, and the wo says he'll deduct their leave too if they're absent for too long.

How can the WO do that he is not profession enough to do that. Btw regarding the question on wisdom tooth it is usually 7 days MC on each side so u only can have 2 x 7 days MC. Hi, I had been for MCs for 1 year after operation. I had spinal fusion on my back. I now recovering, but is afraid that i will not recover in time and have to extend my MCs. My concern is, do i have to re-serve my service? I willing to use my remaining leave to recover. So do i have to re-serve?
