Members of the SAF ARE NOT ALLOWED to look for MP to solve (serious, not joking)... if u do, u are finished.
Things that happened in the Military cannot spread to the public.

I think we got too much people in SAF trying to play doctor. Advice is not to as he/she is not trained to do that. Why risk your career over a NSF's MC. If you do not like the way/ length of the MC you can always ask the serviceman to come back for report sick and let MO deal with it.

The WO has no right nor authority to cancel medical leave.He is playing with fire.
Bring this up to everyone, from your immediate superior all the way up to your S3/CO/Unit Commander.
If you have friends in G1..maybe they can drop hints here and there..if you know what I mean.. -
When did this leave cancelling happen?
Because there is a new directive in place in the past few months...
if serviceman fails to endorse his MC by MO and submits to S1/MP Branch, then leave will be deducted in its place. If MO does not endorse, leave will be applied too.
some units now practice MC are to be submitted to S1/MP Br. immediately and do the endorsing.
while others require the servicemen to do themselves.
and some don't really enforce.
The champion units.... don't even know the directive is in place. haha. -
Hi, my friend of mine have be MC for 1 year after operation. He sufferring from slipped disc at 2 levels and have undergo operation.
He is afraid that he is unable to go back in time and have to extend his MC. Which will means, his MC will exceed 1 year.
If that does happen, is there a directive that say, MC more than 1 year, have to re-serve his national service?
Pls kindly advise. -

depends on unit policy.
there was a man here that went out, got chopped by a few guys and was put on MC till he ORDed, close to 2 years.
