Another case of fu-cked up regular...Even the CO cannot cancel your leave, you know! Oh maybe the WO thinks he is Head of G1 Army who is the biggest fu-ck in charge of manpower affairs....Hmmm...complain him on the charge of a low ranking WO masquerading as a General in G1 Army! That is a very serious offence man!Originally posted by nismoS132:those 2 guys have not been around since the start of the year. he only deducted their leave when they renewed their mc sometime last month. their mcs are approved, but yet their leave was still deducted.
we don't really care about those 2 since they've never done any work since day 1. but a few more people are going for their operations for legit reasons, and the wo says he'll deduct their leave too if they're absent for too long.
"you want to be absent? fine. then don't complain that you have no ord leave."
just wondering what reprieve we have.
This have to ask HQMC.....Originally posted by greenday7:Hi, my friend of mine have be MC for 1 year after operation. He sufferring from slipped disc at 2 levels and have undergo operation.
He is afraid that he is unable to go back in time and have to extend his MC. Which will means, his MC will exceed 1 year.
If that does happen, is there a directive that say, MC more than 1 year, have to re-serve his national service?
Pls kindly advise.
