SAF 2star general car ?

  was accompanying my gran from hospital when i noticed this benz(think e class, cant remember) with a MID plate and i noticed this thing abv it's front licence plate. there's 2 stars mounted on this plate abv the licence plate itself.
  
  not sure if tehre are those small flags on the car (what do u call them?)
  
  i've seen MID plates often but 2 stars abv the licence plate ?

  The most I saw was a 4 stars black merc.

  our current CDF is a 3-star general.
  
  our service chiefs are all 2-star generals. not sure if there are other 2-star generals around other than them.

  then its definitely not a singapore general. our highest ranking officer is only a 3 star, lieutenant general.

  other visiting generals are also given the "star" plate when they are on official visit... i hv seen one with 5 stars!
