Can anyone tell me what are the duties of SAF logistics officer and logistic specialist like? Is there any difference if you are a female officer compared to a male officer?

if u cannot do 2.4 without dying then i advice u to do log o
but remember log offr must do bmt, tst, st1 and st2. almost 6 months of training. -
Do all uniform personnel have to go thru physical training? I went to cmpb, there are many in uniform doing clerical work. What service vocations are there in SAF?

All uniformed personnel definitely have to undergo physical training, regardless of being a Officer (Maintenance Engineering Officer/Logistics Officer) or a Spec.

For the logistics officer course, there are 3 routes to choose. You can be vocated under HQ MES (Maintenance Engineering Officer) or HQ S&T (MTO/DyS4/S4) or Ammo Base (Ammunition Technical Officer). Training for the officer course is as follows: 1mth TST, followed by a 4.5mth STI & II, and Pro Term lasting the further 3.5 months (I think the length of months is roughly there
) During Pro Term you advance to School of Logistics (SOL) for a 2 months course on basic logistics for all, followed by diversification into the respective fields - MEOs and ATOs go to OETI, MTOs & S4s go HQ S&T to do OJT.
So which is your choice?

from what i used to do, see and feel... hummmm... this is one "part" where most army today (i think) forget how important LOG 'O' is.
anyway my 'log' was never there at where he is to be all the time... too far for him to re-sup me i think.
read from some where, during WW2, Adolf Hitler make sure or had made an order, something about all German frontline officer, b4 becoming or holding frontline appointment, they have to be train and serve in logistic dept 1st.
Anyway we dun rally need a good Head LOG as we will go all way out if there is a need to.
DIV G4, BDE S4, BN S4, just had to be sure what are the need for that unit for _______ of days can liao.
i dun really see S3 and S4 working out plans of what to do, plan A, B, C or D. most of the time S4 listen to the plan than plan himself, tell his QM, RQMS blah blah blah... hand in the plan to S3, and that it.
Haahaaaa... maybe it ex. and we (troops) for sure will be there, i think that why. -
