items to bring to BMTC checklist!!!!!!!

hello any senior would like to share their experiences with me...on items to bring to BMTC on the day of enlistment? any check lists...or what...important items to bring? heehe

Bring yourself, your IC.
And a set of clothes to bookout.
The rest, all issued
U may wanna do up your dummy nades, bring in some coloured tape (black, blue, red) just in case, but most of the time your SGTs will let you ppl know what to get. Get the black tapes (around 2-3x) first cos u need it to do up your SBO

Black duct tape - If you want to be outstanding, bring pink tape
Ziplock bags - Buy from beach road market
Alarm clock - Don't really need cos the other 10 idiots in your bunk will also bring
Black permanent marker - Your sergeant will make you mark your belongings
Anything dunno, go Beach Road market ask the aunties at the stalls, they damn lau cheow when it comes to first time book in neccessities.
By the way, most of the toiletries will be issued. -
hmmm ironning leh? washing detergent leh? soup shampoo hangers cloth pegs all these shit must bring also right? btw if the uniform they give me not fit how? can go and request to change right? dunno can bring to talior and alter or not...after i finsih bmtc....

Washing detergent - For washing your own clothes during confinement period
Shampoo/shower gel/facial wash - Some si gi nah sure won't bring, and borrow from you
Clothes peg - Hang clothes outside window, admin attire always kena stun one
Hanger - Very important, stand by condition of your closet, must hang 2 sets no.4
Extra toilet paper - If you want, the SAF issued ones very thin
I can't remember much already.. Others feel free to add on..
By the way, if you want to wait until book out then alter uniform too late already lah! for the first 3 weeks you will cheong sua in your uniform leh..
The sergeant will arrange for fitting of uniform the moment you receive your gear, will exchange with other guys if it doesn't fit. -

eh panadol must bring bo? incase headache.
cup noodles / biskuits can bring abit also?
ironning of clothes is go use bunk iron right? or u all bring own iron.
i think i go there 5 days might as well dun bring washing detergent...just bring hanger will do hor? and around 6 underwear. u hang clothes u need the lines....so lines provided too right?
5.5 days is attend lecture hor..must bring stationary bo? and those pencilbox.. stuff...haha.
eh bathing towel how? u all bring how many bathing towel?
u all first day go there wear what? t shirt + 1 long track pants + 1 own sport shoes? then bring another set for book out to wear?
we need to inject immune for flu or what shit? need injection mah? i see the paper ask us to bring previous immunation cert....
shoes kiwi how? given too?
fm reciever radio / magazine.....books....
need bring coins for vending machine too hor

haha anyway i think ur sgt will bring u for an e-mart tour. brg a bit of cash with u incase u need to buy some non-credit items. all those pt shirt/pants all that can be bought at e-mart.. no need buy at beach road. marker is very impt, black one, permanent. toilet paper .. yes brg a few rolls. as for cup noodles/ biscuit all those better don't brg. u'll nv know which co u got posted to so better play safe, u won't want to be condemed on the 1st day. anyway, its just 5.5 days.. its nothing. treat it as a tour. the admin will cover almost 3-4 days liao leaving 1.5 days for terkaning if there are any.... u guys cannot do physical punishment so i guess its just sweep floor clean toilet all that.

hmmm the enlistment letter...got a checklist say not to bring food into tekong....why arh? does this means cannot bring cup noodles / biskit into tekong?

bring toothpaste underwear and shampoo bring more of them so that u can lend to ur bunk mate... por them first so they will treat u well for the rest of the days...
