  u will 3 type of people. first is the capable commander-to-be. secondly is the wayang people. lastly is the i-don't-give-a-damn type of people.

  Jokes aside, it's a 3d2n test conducted to see whether you are good for commanding positions through teamwork and leadership. Assessors can be NSmen or Regulars
  
  You need to solve problems via teamwork. And no, you shouldn't slack, esp if u intend to go for command positions, e.g. OCS/SISPEC.

  well. the weather did not just affect you mah - everyone was affected (unless you are more weather-prone than others). anyway, why do you want "tips"? what do you want out of the tips and the SIT test?

  SIT Test??? it just another training program that is pre-plan and need to carry out that all... you will be going OCS, SISPEC or become a man, cook, clerk or storeman had long pre-plan before you enlist into the army.
