  anws cos i'm frm ncc myself, most of those who cant really put on a decent uniform are those sec1 kids who jus got their uniform, kinda like getting used to it..

  you shouldnt compare with adults who are working as police or soldiers or serving NS. even though typically there is no requirement for them to be in uniform, it is generally acceptable since they are working full-time.
  
  however, if the NPCC cadets can change out of their uniforms after their ECA, why cant the NCC cadets? this is really to uphold the uniform and the image of the armed forces, which im sure if you are an NCC cadet proud of your ECA and your turnout will agree with.

  cadet, kinda sick and tired of those slackers though....
