Regulars Salary Competitive?

Example a person sign on as a regular for 4-10yrs.
Starting PTE - CPL = $
CPL - 3SG = $
3SG - 2SG = ....
and so on..
How much is each increasement of pay -
depends on vocation

pls correct me if i'm wrong. for regular combatants, they are getting $100 more as combat pay as compared to those non-combatants right? or more?
