Don't think it will ever be solved, there will always be f'ed up people in the army.

Yes, as LazerLord have said it, speak to ur immediate superior first. But first, u must first reason with urself that the treatment is indeed unfair before making any steps or else u get urself into whole lot of trouble.
For example:-
Waking up at 5 am in the morning during BMT.
This is not unfair treatment, this is called regiment. Complaining this to ur sergeant will only get urself into trouble.
So think first before u act. -
better to bear with it then speak to anyone inside. unless it is really so bad that you cannot tolerate any further. there is always a risk blowing the issue out of proportion.
life is never meant to be fair. learn to accept it.

No lah, this is just a dumb example.
But anyway, reason first because sometimes, as humans, we get too angry and act on impulse without thinking.
This is because this the SAF, no longer the pri/sec/poly where the teachers, prinicipal can close one eye and forget abt it. People can get charge and punishment is met out even minute things like arguing with officers(petty ones) over "unfair treatment". Yes it is that dumb.
So I hope that ppl entering NS can think first then act not the other way around, which sometimes could be too late liao.

for serious cases, they will be demoted.
for not so serious cases, they must just be "scolded" or signing extras?
it's all about the rank.
and in life nothing is fair.
unfairness is what makes life so interesting also, think about it.
and the more fair u try to get, it becomes even more unfair.

my friend says complaining to higher ups serve no purpose, because they will protect their subordinates and will make you the target of their "abuses".. how true is dat, no ideas.

but one thing that is differences is in real life , if i not happy i can quit my job leh. in army i ask u arh...if u are not happy can u quit your army job? cannot right? so must lan lan suck thumb and tahan loh. and those superior think they so great in army...command so much power , so what? in outside life..they are like crap. -
