Pre-Enlist: CMPB Medical Checkup?

Hi to all bros,
I've just receive the pre-enlistment medical appointment letter 2 days ago. It
said that i have booked the medical appointment on 24/5/2005. I find this
very strange because i have already went for my medical appointment 2
months ago liao somemore already listed as Pes B. Why must go again? I also
need to complete the medical questionnaire form but it is not given to me in
the envelope. Is this a mistake? Pls advice..
