Yeah, I saw the new combat rations. But nw I tink it's still under trial test.
Super good sia...accessories and main menu pack together in 1 pack, then got like wat's mentioned. Cornflakes, nescafe/milo can 1, small green bag which will auto-heatup the ration when u juz pour abit of water inside, blah blah.
Combat rations r costing more n more...more than fresh rations 1 guess. And I still opt for fresh rations. Lolx ~ -
it not new at all. oni some unit get it some dun.
the heat up bag was used long ago. just some cock misued it and get himself burn and so it was call back, keep in store for good.
what you guys using now maybe going to expired soon.

I dunno - while LRRP rations (labelled "Special Field Rations") do contain a heat-pack, they don't have cornflakes or the milo, iirc.
even with the heatpack, its still pretty troublesome to heat up the rations. Also, since the main meal is freeze-dried, you HAVE to use hot water to prepare it (or you can use normal water and wait half an hour or more for the rations to be edible). as far as convenience is concerned, normal rations still win. the only thing LRRP rations have going for them is their weight, and the better quality of the 'snack' items. -
Similar to the MREs that the US has been using for years..self-reheating packs.

Have meh? Never see that kind of fielf ration before. Anyway the usual field ration that we usually get got a new menu which to my standard it is not bad as compared to what I had previously (I never taken field ration since BMT...cannot tahan the taste.) Thank God I need not continue to suffer on just fruit bar!!!!

juz pour some water in n wait for some chemical reactions
that will heat up the food.
