actually i dun think u will need to apply for disruption since u ord in aug too; just clear your leave and u will be able to go abt july i suppose?
if your leave is not enough just ask your OC to grant some offs? im sure he will understand.
anyway, the earliest you can apply for any disruption from full time NS is one week before the commencement of the course for LOCAL and 2 weeks before for overseas. detailed info u can check with your S1 branch.
