Trying to ask around anyone know where to get LED L-Torch?
My $@%& L-torch always failed at the wrong timing!
Also, can I use LED version in camp? -
Can, anything also can, just make sure its tactical.

L-torch's bulb blown not necessary related to water leak-in ba?
What's your recommendation for L-torch to have long-lasting bulb?
LED won't have blown bulb problem am I correct? (I heard LED lamp life is 10,000 hours) -
I dont think he means the bulb blow. I think he means the switch mechanism. Drop to many times or too hard sure something come lose and cannot on.

Maybe I have landed my bag too heavily onto the floor, that impact might have killed the bulb (or switching mechanism)?
Frankly I have experienced problem like ended up with dead bulb after my torch "soft landed" onto the floor! what a sh*t man!!!
one of my friend ask me to look for LED version, never seen one before that's why I asking around. The way he described LED's advantage, I think probably it will last. -

saw the word tactical...
a tactical torch... what do guys in here know about tactical torch?
just my own practice, tape up the clear glass and it just a pin hole exposure where it good for me to read map if need to.
as for the colour filter are for ops SOP use. it not tactical at all when light are all over the place.

Maglite? hmm... Yo brother, I have the better quality 8LED-1AA pocket torch-light (P8AA-gen3) that u can use it out-field or in the dark, simply nice & small (& they are built-in with higher intensity LEDs even brighter than the 12LED model, see pic)! Furthermore it comes with a clicky-switch on the tail-cap (no more the twist-cap type). 1 brand-new alkaline AA battery will provide u 10-12 hours of useful light... I'm from the east-side, give me a call @ 96922260

Aiya bro-J1975, L-torch also bright bright what!? (at the start with new battery load-in definitely bright) How u make L-torch tactical? Cover until left 1 small-hole lah, so same same theory applied loh (out of 8, cover 7-LED left 1 loh), at least when u need brighter light then "reveal" all the 7 other LEDs, u still have a bright light mah... LED consume less energy so longer run-time also (save u trouble changing & changing batteries). Relax. me just trying to recommend an option only! PEACE!
