  the first week is count as the 'zero' week. I'm from Tekong last time., just start clearing my leave this week. There is VERY HIGH chance that you'll end up in APACHE Company. Cuz you knoe why? I'm from the company and they'll be taking a new batch of obese recruits this friday...

  I'm not sure about other people. Maybe for their confinement period there's a public holiday in between? Or maybe they're sick and the MO give them MC go home...

  11th will be your parents' visiting day and 18th will be your book-out day. you're lucky since you're enlisted on Friday. Last time I'm enlisted on Tuesday

  i was from jan batch....
  the system i went thru was exactly 14 days in tekong.
  means u'll book out 17th june.... if the system is still the same (which, seeing as how slow things move in SAF, it will be)
  
  obese batch huh... ur life will be quite relaxed... u'll know by asking friends in 9 week bmt...
  enjoy your admin time, look forward to sundays in camp (sucks to be confined true, but its the most slack day of the week since most commanders wont be around and nobody will bother you)
  
  just relax, do what you are told, and tahan til bookouts....
  oh and due to food restrictions for obese bmt, you may want to prepare yourself for feeling hungry all the time....

  Not true ley, what we do to us obese maybe siong, to 9 weeks people will be super seng nang. If we do 9 weeks people the training, tekong death rate will increase alot

  Do read when you can in NS.It helps to keep your mind active, bring lots of novels in for confinement weekends.

  I will fall asleep 5 mins after reading any book, Im totally not into books, even I poly study, lecture slides read from computer one, see on paper will become super sleepy.
