  if info is classified, it simply means, we cant tell you.

  Well okie CDS = CHANGI DEFENSE SQUADRON.
  
  It is a unit which comprises so call sea soldiers and base guards. Mainly their job is to guard Changi Naval Base loh. Something like RP lah.... got chance to be guard com loh. If not just normal base guard. They have their own training or so call course before u graduate as a RP or guard com... should be similar to the land one but got extra training on the sea cos guard naval base mah.
