  during my first interview,
  i also told the officer i fail napfa+i also cant swim., but he say nvm.

  of coz had to pass. the officer say every year need to pass ippt during ur working life at saf. dunno abt those 30+ and above uncles

  BMi is it the height divide by weight stuff
  actual formula i 4get.....
  
  as your age grow ippt standard for the passing
  will be lower down...
  if u got regular excerise can liao..
  
  when i go stadium run always saw one 40+ uncle run quite fast.
  i time him one round 1mins40+
  continue 4-5 rounds
  rest then run again.
