How to go to OCS and not SISPEC?

1.) U must be a fit white horse who ask his daddy that he want to become an orficer.
2.) U must be inherently a nerd, super nerd, ultra nerd or scholar which already the PSC or some company already waiting inline to give u scholarship.
3.) How u perform in BMTC/SISPEC.
The above sound like crap but it holds some truth in it.

2) volunteer every time if there is a need to carry out work
3) volunteer to become IC
4) on good terms with your PC, CSM, PS and SC
5) last ... you need to be good in your performances -
also need either A levels or reconised Diploma.....

one thing for sure, posting a thread and asking for tips on how to get to OCS won't get u into OCS.

what i did
show leadership skills
build good rapport with platoon mates
volunteer to do all the dirty work
wake up one hour before reville to prepare
