How high is the rate for BSLC (SISPEC) to crossover to OCC?

from sispec to safti mi as OCT..
is it pre-determined before u go in sispec?
or based on performacnce in sispec? -

IN THEORY............
top 10% of cohort BASED on overall results that was based in the KAPQQ categories (Knowledge, ability, performance?, Quality?, Q???).
If based on this categories, you have to do well in the written exams since knowledge constitutes the largest percentage in your overall results.
IN REALITY..........
be very "ah ka liao" with your platoon instructors, be somewhat proficient in section drills..... get gold for IPPT. -
i have course mates that are company best, platoon best in SAFINCOS(SISPEC), willing forgo the chance to go OCC.....
