NS Rank Abbreviations

  To those who have knowledge on military or paramilitary ranks and experienced regulars out there...
  Can anyone clarify the CORRECT abbreviations for the different ranks?
  what i know is that there are protocols for writing rank abbreviations and they're always in CAPS.
  
  For those who are unsure, "rank abbreviation" simply means writing SHORT FORM for certain rank.
  
  SAF
  1) Private - PTE
  2) Lance Corporal - LCP
  3) Corporal - CPL
  4) 3rd Sergeant - 3SG
  5) 2nd Sergeant - 2SG
  6) 1st Sergeant - 1SG

  Once during this inter-unit sports meet I attended the emcee misread one of the winner's ranks as 'LTC' instead of 'LCP'.

  by norm, group 2 IC who is a 2nd LAW SS and group 1 who is 1st M203.
  
  and for norm all 2nd yr soldier should get that is if your PL SGT do his work. my time PFC get $10 more. Anyway $10 not from my pockets, so why not?
