Rare Badges You Have Seen Before in SAF

few days ago at mandai range, saw a female SSG or MSG from the SAF shooting contingent with a special marksman badge above her right chest pocket. it's looks like a normal marksman badge but bigger with laurel and a star.

EVERYONE who has the freefall badge WILL put the static line jump wing on the higher level above the left pocket. It has been this way all the while.
Perhaps some1 can tell this BG to stop putting the 2 wings above his right pocket. The Thai wing below is the normal static line jump wing.
Things are different now. 8 years back we put only the foreign jump wing which we think was the most prestigious. Maybe someone can check up on why this has changed first.

Has anyone seen this badge? Seems to be gone from the SAF but still got ppl wear them, is it discontinued? Anyone knows how to apply the tkd badge?

Tae-Kwon-Do Black Belt Badge
The Tae Kwon Do Black Belt Badge is awarded to personnel who attain the 1st Dan and above in Tae-Kwon-Do, either through the SAF or a certified civilian club, the qualifications of which are recognised by the SAF.

The Taiwanese Underwater Demolition Unit badge.....although not as pretisgous as US Navy SEAL.....but equally as tough....my ex colleague's hubby went thru the course n he's of the one of the handful who have been thru it....can't find the badge on the website though....anybody can find it??

Then your ex colleague's hubby must be from NDU UDT ... i couldn't find the badge.. but i found a picture of the logo of the unit.. and the badge is like this.. but silve in colour.. the badge is just the 2 fish swimming inwards. dun have the bottom part. their unit is called º£¾üË®Ö�±¬ÆÆ´ó¶Ó aka UDU, Underwater Demolition Unit. their course also known as Taiwan SEAL. I think that though their course not as prestigious as US NAVY SEAL BUDS course but it's in no way easy.
