Inquiry... there will always be one. It is conducted by a branch of SIB, as well as by the unit's CO (assuming he is not implicated himself). But whether the results are made public is a different matter.
However, since the 1980s, you can be assured if any instructor or senior chap implicated is to blame for the suicide, there will be punishment.
