I'll be taking my IPPT on 9th July 2005 MAJU CAMP at 730am sharp. Pease standby a SUPER PUMA at the parade square with a team of world class doctor s on board just in case I fainted while running 2.4km.
Note: I am 32 yrs old this yr, Cat Y1.

plan the 2.4 route so tt the whole run will be running round the hospital lor wif the endpoint at the A&E entrance....

the CDF is a bum! he's got a driver face and driver body.
he met my platoon last year and we were all very un-impressed. he asked us silly things, he had an unimposing presence, he obviously had no idea how to interact with men - sad, sad. -
He's not a military fellow, but as a person, he's very nice.

My CO told me (and others) in a meeting that COA BG Ng Y.C. (now CDF) changed the BMI standard himself so that he does not fall in the obese category.
