  Dr Ng Eng Hen will relinquish his appointment as Second Minister for Education, and become Second Minister for Defence. He will continue as Minister for Manpower.

  More heads will roll. Look at what MOM had become? With Teo around, SAF have so many headlines like SGT Hu (no idea on spelling) REC died during training, PTE died, SGT died, LTA died, INSTRUCTOR died during own self training,
  
  The only good thing to look for is maybe NS will go down another 6 mths to 18mths.
