why stop at lunch? whenever u have a few minutes to spare, go to the pull-up bar and pull, pull as far as u can, as many times as u can.Originally posted by hmsg:start by doing 1 every lunch.... then increase +1 per week... sure can clear it....
i cant do any..sigh...bout 3 assisted pullups max..im really weakOriginally posted by Gordonator:how many can u do now?![]()
i tried dips b4..but i cud not do dips...my arms would just give way when im lowering myselfOriginally posted by Gackt247:If u can do 4-5, den everyday do at least 3 sets of 5 or any other cumulative numbers of pull-ups each time. On top of tt, do dips. Go down slowly n hold for a few sec b4 coming up. Push-ups optional coz it doesnt help much. Ur 1st 2-3 weeks may not see much results due to muscle fatigne. U should see rather quick results after tt. Increase ur intensity as u get better.
If u can only do 1-2 or worse still none, den stick to dips n push-ups 1st. Once u can start doing a few den do the regimen above.
Wow u power sia...even zero fighters (those who can't even do a single chin up) can do dips leh. I tink it's time u start hitting the gym. Start with 10kg weights perhaps?Originally posted by t88:i tried dips b4..but i cud not do dips...my arms would just give way when im lowering myself
