hmm ...don't bother with the small kid, just do what u think its correct and apporiate.better shy now than in the future.Originally posted by t88:sigh...i haave just been humiliated pretty badly...i went down to my condo's fitness area and attempted to do dips..but as usual, i failed and my arms gave way...
this sec 2 who was playing around saw me collaspe and started mocking me for being so weak...then he challenged me to an armwrestling match which i stupidly agreed to..he trashed me in less than 10 sec..
i guess perhaps i should just work out in the confines of my house...
that's sound advice there.Originally posted by one-niner:hmm ...don't bother with the small kid, just do what u think its correct and apporiate.better shy now than in the future.
Take it this way dude, this sec 2 kid is going to do NS same as me as u.just thin kof it when u ORD and go on to study etc..that poor chap still haven't left right left right keep up the tempo.
go and work on the areas as i have talked abt earlier. It might be gd to invest in those chinup bars and try to watch your weight also ..cause your essentially pulling your own body weight up ..
sometime humiliation also got it good sideOriginally posted by t88:thanks for your encouragement but it was super humiliating lorhz...

bicep is the one in front right? i tot the tricep is used too... and how come i do i feel like chest muscle also used? O_OOriginally posted by one-niner:Why no one mentioned the LAT pulldown machine ?
To properly execute a chinup, you have to use your back muscle, commonly known in the gym as your lats. the secondary muscle group used are the forearm muscle for gripping the bar and biceps for the final curling motion of ur arm.
eat powder grow meat only but not increase strength.

anw.. no muscle can eat protein powder.. Mr. Green
Chinup is an excerise that uses much of your body muscles..as u go up, the LATs pull up the body ..with the rest of the body becoming tense to help in the chinning processOriginally posted by mrblitzer21:bicep is the one in front right? i tot the tricep is used too... and how come i do i feel like chest muscle also used? being thin is better than being heavy to pulling chiniups...Most of my thin frens are able to pull quite a lot of chinups once they were strong enough ..as they bone mass were light and they required the mini strenght to pull due to their light body frame.Originally posted by t88:i know...dats most probably why im weak too
