LRI.... anyways to survive this

Me signal storeman and my LRI is coming this december.
Can the lao jiaos here help me on what kind of question they will ask and how and what to do to get a good grade. The last LRI results for my store was a 'B' and the thing that is feaking me out is that my store IC who is a regular( very Zai One) is posting out soon due to some personal reasons and the new guy who is gonna take over is " blur cock" when it comes to this kind of things, plus my upper study suddenly got posted out and now is me and another guy left.

First things first...who took over the signal store from the upperstudy (aka the previous dude?)
U've to actually check whether all the stuff are correct numbered, and serial nos correspond to those which are supposed to be ard.
Do check ur records again, if u've been doing so every month regularly, it shld be no prob
Any problems, highlight to ur logwo or RQMS. -
One word... dun think too much can liao. Juz do wat u suppose to do the rest dun care la.

Wow... really bring back old memories. I am a signal storeman during my NSF time. Been thru 3 LRI(own unit), 3(other sub-unit). Preparation was tough and i still remember washing the toilet 3 in the morning. Hahah... Anyway, just make sure that the paper work is done correctly, no deficit/surplus. Make sure all spolit signal set/accessories are being sent to base for repair. With these 2 condition fulfil, the rest of the stuff should be minor fault.

check thru ll those docu, equipments, make sure t/l vouchers all signed n date is correct. everything tat need to be signed r signed. keep store clean n tidy. equipment aso clean. make sure tat those things tat r suppose not to b in the store r not in the store. if equipment lost, borrow, t/l (make sure LRI ppl dun see the t/l voucher la) or 1206 or write statement. no defi, no surplus. everything accounted for. tats all i can think

my department also went through a LRI yesterday. but i was away for range so i wasn't around to see what are the things they will check up for.
but basically since i've done sort of stores management as part of my vocation, i can get you some tips.
make sure all the stores are there and accounted for, meaning they must be in working condition and u must know what they are used for and how to use them.
make sure all parts are intact, they will probably like to ask things like how come this thing got no handle, no sling ah, wiring exposed ah, that 1 broken ah all that. so if it can be repaired, do so. if not hide it and take out/loan a new one.
if u got a record book for the stores, loan book or such, make sure everything is filled in correctly, signed and endorsed. -

Keng a 1 month MC and escape the pre and actual LRI period!
Even if you do very well,you think you will get the credit? Sure,CO/S4/QM will promise you XXX days off but you won't have chance to clear it.I got 6 days off burned because of this...At the end of the day,the regulars will get the credit,get better promotion prospects but you NSF slaves will get nothing!

Filing should be in a standard form, as in try to keep variations to a minimum.
Items on repair or T-Loaned out, please have their vouchers or repair orders at hand.
Keep a tight ship and rope in all you can to help smoothen out inventory issues in advance. -
