July's Change of Guards

  any one from PROVOST here who can clarify why isn't there a Change of Guards this month?
  
  i went down with some friends last Sunday. asked the PO there and he said there'll not be the ceremony this month.
  
  and so, the old guards have to extend their duties at the Istana or?

  I believe its due to the very busy weekend. SAFDP, NDP, and other operational commitments?
