  i lost my medical slip from the medical check up... what should i do? do they have another copy??

  ayiah just go into camp then tell the MO if it really affects you... settle the paperwork when u book out.

  they won't ask you for your medical slip one lah. they only want your IC and the letter stating that you are enlist to the camp only.

  i suggest you better call up the mindef hotline asap to ask about the slip of paper....
  
  go surf the web about SAF or mindef ph. no. or if any brudders here have, then call to ask about it.

  So wat if you didnt bring? They reject your enlistment and send you back home?? If that happens you shld be celebrating

  Hmm... I don't remember having to bring along any medical slips to enlistment day. All I remember is that you must bring your IC and enlistment letter.
