  can servicemen put on their markman badges when they got markmen score for the 2nd year combat shoot?pls let me know thanks

  if the range conducting officer announced you got marksman, of course u can put on the badge.

  yes... u r entitled to wear the badge once u qualify for it....
  
  but that is different from IPPT i think.....

  for example, if u r airborne qualified u can wear it permanently even if u no longer jump. so i assume the same applies for marksman... once got it means can display forever....
  
  but for IPPT is every year... so the IPPT badge worn needs to reflect current status.... although u can argue it applies for marksmanship as well....

  yes i'm wondering about this too. for example if one gets marksman for his 1st year ATP range, but 2nd year only pass or even fail, can he still put on his badge? anyone with answers?

  Yes you can still put on your badges according to the latest directives. once you get your marksman your badge can be put on forever....

  but let me qualify my earlier statements...
  
  those worn on left are SAF badges... those still active usually wear a backing, like a red backing for airborne wings, black backing for divers, etc.
  
  those without backing are gotten by those for the purpose of confidence courses...
  
  therefore it make sense that all badges gotten could be worn at all times, even if u r no longer current... just remove the backings...
