Which year was it when the parade commander was a SWO?

  Parade commander must be a commissioned officer - usually a LTC...
  
  Parade RSM usually a 1WO or MWO... and a SWO will be the parade drill adviser or something like that... SWO too senior to be a parade RSM... usually was a ex-parade RSM...

  SWOs also hold OC appointments in training school. My OC during my SAFINCO days is an Armour SWO. He should have retired by now.

  seems high..last year I thought most of the warrant coys only have 1WO or MWO as OCs..2WOs as PCs..

  there are only 50 SWO. maybe lesser now.
