My friend sign on army 10 years. he has onli o level education. what rank is the highest he get?

for that generation about to retire about now...... non-graduates will retire as MAJ while graduate LTC.... -

You sure he sign on in the Army? If as a Specialist, SAF will not offer 20 years contract up front. PP1 is only 10yrs, if he is good SAF will then offer him PP2 up to age 55. Depends on his ECP... (Estimated dunno wat(i think is current) Potential) ECP is Staff-in-confi... Normally the superiors who went for ranking board will know....
If he is a obedience soldier, I think SSG / MSG shldn't be prob...

yup...education counts alot in SAF..i had this major last time..he was a guards ranger..with many badges..can say he's damn zai..his age around 40 but he's still a major..hentakaki..wat can i say...
