Become a scapegoat in my unit

Hi i have a question to ask,
Let say one day ur unit got one officer car kena vandalise, den ur unit OC want those ppl who did it to admit. Of coz, common sense tell u tat no one will will admit.
After a few days without anybody wanna own up, the OC start to accuse n put words into u n ur men mouth n force u all to admit, reason is becoz u r the potential prime suspects due to some reasons. As an innocent party, anger n hatred definitely will arise despite we defend ourselve tat we are not at the crime scene during that particular period, in stead more stupid assumptions n accusations from the OC and force us to admit. How can an officer of such high rank say such things to the low ranking, easily bullied nsf without solid evidences, only base on pure assumptions, as if want me n my men to become a scapegoat. I was shock by the way he handle this case, it really disappointed me n my men totally. The way he handle this problem is like an immature, childish kid.
Anyway wat will u do if this type of thing happen to u? -

this is nothing new. SAF works this way.
during war time, officers like this is the first to get kill.

but problem is this is actually a misconduct saf have unreasonably passed laws that you have to complain to you immediate superior first and then work all the way up dumb and unreasonable(to say the least) but we who are forced/conscripted have no choice -

no, the problem is not solve yet. it is some how cover up and there is nothing the man can do. then if u say complain again, complain who? your PC? for not sloving your problems? -
another classic case of when things happened and they cannot find no one to blame, arrows begins flying and fingers starts pointing. and it's always we poor NSFd who have to lan lan take the blame in order to cover up for their mistakes.
i suggest u find another officer who u can really trust and seek his help. if not there's always hotlines to call. -

I think i can't find any higher rank officer to help, only the CO but i nv talk to him at all in all my unit life. this is what my commander will say. but i ORD already and can't be bother. he is now the mindef spokeman. you can guess what unit i'm from. -

the whole of my 2 years of NS, i only respect two persons. one of them is my BMT OC and the other one is my unit CSM. they know how to lead and work smart. -
can call up mindef hotline as mentioned or call safpu..can pm u if u need the safpu no.
