They're not trying to waste less of our time, they're not trying to waste their bonuses and $$$ by cutting the stupid programs.
Why dont they use the benefits to give us more tax and practical business opportunities and Employment Advantage? -
I was there at FIBUA when Mr Teo visited us and releases the news. My unit happens to hit 10 year cycle with 7 high and 3 low. Most of us ROD the next day, receiving cert, medal and a Hamilton watch. It just happens too sudden, no more reservist, no more IPPT, no more MOB, it's our last in camp!

Anyway should further reduce, reservists is a waste of time. Imagine the opportunity cost one can suffer...
