It takes 4 men to set up a Tentage in 10 minutes , it takes 10 officers 30 mins to finish setting up a Tentage.
Too many ideas and too KPKB. Plan too much work too less. -

during SIT test, no matter how stupid, just suggest something should they present you with a situation.

Anyway, getting into OCS doesn't mean you can pass out and be a comissioned officer..
I had one of my cousins, who drop out and he juz got a rank of corporal. -

If all spare parts are functioning ok then the sure way of going to OCS:-
1.) U must inherently be a nerd, super nerd, ultra nerd or a scholar.
2.) U are white horse who go running to his daddy to asked "Daddy, I want to go to OCS" and he will arrange it for u liao.
3.) U exhibts leadership qualities during ur BMT and hope to get picked.
4.) U wanyang leadership qualities during ur BMT and hope to get picked. -
Sure... MAybe u try harder during ur SIT test.. u may hve a higher chance lor!!!

1) and 2) still ok. Coz maybe, perhaps after commissioning let them assume some more staff work based appointments. Many are good at it.
but 4) is the dangerous kind. beware these kind. wayangs... -
But not all WH or scholars, bookish officers are no good, suited for deskjobs but lacking in leadership...
Some are quite zai also, to be fair. -

i'm a white dragon then... but getting cpl from OOC-ing OCS? ouch.

do well in sit test... i tink peer appraisal is impt as well... when i was serving, there was tis garang guy perform super well in sit test but we dun like him so in e end he went sispec...
