My fren from CDO finished the 21km in 1hr 20 mins .well there was no medal leh ..i reached the end, i had to put my numbertag ticket into this box that has my Unit and then end of story.Lucky draw also never win anything
only competitive got "finisher" medal.
Many of teh SAF runners are in the non-comptietive category.... -
too bad my unit in ROC...having our R&R hee

the marathon official website says closing date is last sunday 21/08 but MIW.com.sg says 28/08. confusing.

For the 5km "fun run", there will be so many ppl.... i don't think it matters whether u r registered or not. -

the marathon's tomorrow, guess many of u who are running are already going back to camp to sleep.

nice water, lots of water along the way, scenic route.
only flaw is the not-as-many water points as ideal at the end point.
and the choke at the start point! -
