probably history of ahm shows 2:45 is the avg timing??
something timing about accumulating pts for the unit.... heard that regulars need to clock below 2.45.... maybe that served to have a medal for motivation

actually 22km in under 2 hr 45min shouldn't be a problem, if let say a average person can finish 2.4 in 12min, so if he run at this speed, he can finish 22km in around 1 hr 45min. still have 1 hour for him to walk, rest etc.
