actually the $80 to prevent ppl to burn the card and then make a police report. some ppl actually did this to avoid paying the $12. -

last year during BMT, i insisted on not donating no matter what. they couldn't do anything to me. well actually they made me donate $1.
this year i needed a favour from the WO so i just donated. regulars had to donate $40. my IC did not donate. nothing happened. -
