  hi..any guys here suffering from Eczema..what PES did you get ? Have to go Specialist Skin centre to get letter ? How much does the letter cost ? and also..does ur pes affects wat unit u get posted to afte rhte checkup ?

  U can try NSC.
  It's cover under SAF so FOC.
  Whether u can downgrade will depends on ur conditions & willingness of the speclialst to write a letter of recommendation to downgrade to ur MO.
