Paper qualifications VS Hindsight

Like managers from a big company who have a degree, they will plan and sit down and strategise first.Whereas a manager with not so good qualifications might go to other business and check out the prices to counter the other company.

Ha ha ha.... Yes.
Just look at all the A level officers and specialists who don't have a clue how to understand the situation and give effective orders. Then all the O, N level and even lower soldiers yelling at them what to do.
Education does not necessarily make a good soldier nor leader. -

A-Level, poly go tekong BMT, then go sispec or OCS to be high-flyer, ask to sign on as high pay zo bolan officer...
Lower Edu go unit mono-intake, then remain in unit as infantry lah, all the siong siong sai gang warrior... Let them serve and F off...
