morning enlistment is good, if in afternoon, i tell u sure things very pack 1. in the morning u will be briefed by the CO, or 2IC, take the oath bah bah bah. then noon have lunch, your last meal with your parents, at the cookhouse.Originally posted by cacaca:Just now find out....mine is 830...so early....still got 1mth++ to go
after sending them off, go to company line collect your duffel bag, check the items issued to u. try them on, not fitting, tell storeman to change. then carry all your items go back to bunk. get all your stuffs into your locker, change to admin attire, go down take haircut. then the sergeant will issue u your toiletries. then still have to settle more admin matters like your blue interview booklet etc etc. by the time u know it, dinner liao.

i dun think it will be that bad...i was with npcc during my secondary days..guess it will be something like that but of course its prolly tougher. but i think u have to take it in ur stride, its not like they are sending u to the gallows..actually i m looking forward to it..

in fact there's ths strange looking guy walking around the cookhouse looking at us (which i later found out to be my OC). must be thinking of all the "fun stuffs" he gonna do with us later.
at the tekong guardhouse when sending my parents off, a big size giy was there too saying things like 'tekong not's that scary lah, don't worry" to the parents. was wondering who that was since as a fresh recruit, i know nuts about ranks and such. later do i find out that that guy was actually the CO, the most feared man in BMTC. -
