  with eyeballs on top of their head...they are normally "well taken" care of if they signed up in the army.

  not true. if they are downgrade case then obviously cannot be officer. cannot chiong suah cannot even pass OCS course.

  i don't think so man...even if there are pes C and below, I think they still will become officer...Through some other means i guess...I don't think there are any scholars that are specialist and below ah...Cannot also say that all those scholars are that fit mah..Sure got some have medical problems or so..

  OETI had a PSC comms trainee later revocated to clerk. not sure still there or not. the guy had a degree in economics from 1 of the more prestigious Us in us, forgot which one. in chicago i think. quite a nice guy, soft spoken.
